若幹年後，當我們回溯往事時，就會回憶起今天的恐懼——
那一隻名為“新冠病毒”的蝴蝶揮動了翅膀，旋即在世界範圍内刮起了“完美風暴”（A Perfect Storm）；
而那風暴所及之處，映入眼簾的盡是永無止境的災難。

你問：喪鐘為誰而鳴？
喪鐘為我們每個人而鳴。
After all, "No man is an island."（沒有人是一座孤島）
曾幾何時，多數人類自诩為地球的主宰，肆無忌憚地消耗着地球的勃勃生機；
而今我們才恍然大悟：原來，我們也不過是那浩瀚生态系統中最渺小的一環。
一旦大自然開始覺醒，就會以令所有人都措手不及的方式展開無情“大清洗”。
那麼，如果“人類統治地球”的美夢被徹底擊碎，那将會是什麼樣一番景象呢？
...猩球崛起
在電影《猩球崛起》中，“進化論”似乎就對人類說了一個彌天大謊↑
當某種病毒肆虐全球時，世界各地紛紛都出現了人口銳減；
然而，智慧卻奇迹般地開始萌芽于原本隻被囚禁在獸籠中的猿類們。
正是上帝陰差陽錯地擲了這次骰子，物種優勢的天平在刹那間傾斜；
而在沖破了牢籠之後，自然萬物也終于得以回歸到千萬年之前那段杳無人煙的歲月。
...人類消失後的地球
是否真的如同某些暴君所言——人類本質上就是地球的病毒呢？
現在的我們或許尚不能對此作出較為客觀的評價；
然而，至少我們可以及時悔悟并盡己所能地改弦易撤；
如果不然，無非就是再次上演“後人哀之而不鑒之，亦使後人而複哀後人也”的悲劇輪回罷了。

我永遠懷念我小時候的那段時光，無論小鎮裡的天氣有多悶熱。

既然上帝開始眷顧我們猿類，是時候拿起武器以抗擊曾經那些自以為是的暴君們了。

畢竟，他們早已沉溺于自己的舒适圈了，仿佛從躺椅上起身就是他們的極限了。
After all, they've long indulged themselves in comfort zones, as if lolling back in chairs had been the best of their abilities.
所以，我們為什麼要受制于人類的束縛，并迎合他們那些古怪而挑剔的娛樂性需求呢？
So why should we always be placed under fetters, meeting their erratic, fastidious tastes for enjoyment?

管人類總在非難我們所采取的的果斷行動，但真相始終無可辯駁。
Regardless of them keeping reproving our decisive actions, the truth is constantly incontrovertible.
也即是說，人類确實擁有足夠的智慧以探索宇宙的奧秘，但他們也正是其自身的掘墓人。
That it is humans who are intelligent enough to plumb the mysteries of the universe, and that it is also they themselves who dig their own graves.
而我們居然會受到他們的警告？
We have even been admonished to either capitulate or face annihilation?
他們是認真的？

這次我們隻管作壁上觀，更不必說全力參戰了。
This time, we can also do nothing but just wait and see, let alone engaging in it fully.
自然界的其它物種也巧妙地形成了合力；在這種情況之下，命運也已注定。
On account of many other species having been ingeniously conflating their efforts, mankind is doomed to be pushed to the very brink of an abyss.
所以，我們更無需隐秘行事，這場戰争就會終結。
That is to say, this war will soon be finished even without anything convert.
也得益于此，我們終于可以回家了。
