这才是玩摄影的最高境界吧,《天堂之日》以诗意的镜头捕捉美国西部大草原的美,晨起麦穗的露水,夜色暗涌的篝火晚会,随口琴而起的踢踏舞,甚至用延时摄影拍一颗种子的发芽,拍肆虐的蝗虫和地狱般混乱的火灾。
...本可以制造无数剧情爆点的三角恋完全成了典雅自然美的点缀,印象最深刻的是女主和农场主在室内的对话(三角恋的背景是女主和男主四处游荡做牛马,实则是情人但对外说宣称兄妹,农场主爱上了女主与之结为连理,但女主仍和男主恩爱有加,农场主隐隐约约察觉到了异常,于是发生了以下对话)
You know what I thought when I first saw you? I thought,“ If only I could touch her, Then everything'd be all right.” You make me feel like I 've come back to life .Isn't that funny?I always thought that being alone wasjust something that a man had to put up with. It waslike I just got used to it. Sometimes it's like…… You're right inside of me you know…… like I can hear your voiceand feel you breathe and everything.

这一段对话拍得非常好,明显能感受到农场主的试探和真心,担忧,女主的愧疚。(建议看原片)
然后是一段空镜:早晨的风吹乱了河流上的浮萍。
后来一查幕后故事,原来马力克是哲学出身,我说电影怎么一股不食人间烟火气的感觉
同样哲学出身的还有朴赞郁,我越来越好奇他的《老男孩》到底是真实故事改编还是虚构了……
以及韦斯安德森,糖果色的色调以及对称构图一度让我以为他和大卫芬奇一样是干MTV导演转行的
然后联想到了《巴里林登》《霓虹恶魔》的摄影,古典油画般美和极致的单色LED光。
