well this is a so much interesting and exciting topic for me, cause there is no doubt in the ancient Chinese literature’s history, the poems had the greatest achivevement.
for this documentary, there are at least two points is what I care about, one is how do some foreign scholars think of our poets, and another one is how to translate those art productions beautiful and perfect.
some people focus on the translation angrily, but I know it is a quite difficult thing to do, because this is literature’s value—it showed the unbelievable value of this world, but it couldn’t be translated perfect, cause the most beautiful thing is unique.
