透过聆听香港舞蹈团团员的自述，凝视他们在排练室与剧场的日常，试图重构他们如何通过持续的武术训练，与舞团一同经歷艺术方向与训练方式的革新。影片同时纪录了他们在过程中的不安、思索与发现，他们闭著眼睛，在一条未知的道路上慢慢前行。
