The third season is more interesting than the first two. The storyline is very clear and each episode flows seamlessly into the next. The characters have become more realistic; Bean, Luci, and Elfo no longer spend all their evenings in the bar, with Bean becoming more responsible and less rebellious, and Luci showing a kinder side. The king is the most amusing character, with his frequent nonsensical ramblings. The pig has also undergone a transformation, shedding his arrogance and becoming endearingly cute due to his pudginess. The emergence of new enemies for Dreamland, including the elves, Steamland, Turbish's country, and Bean's mom, are all well depicted. Each world is intricately crafted, with fantastic representations of hell, Dreamland, and its enemy countries.
