At the end of story, you figure out that there's no point to distinguish stories from reality, because one's story somehow will become someone else's reality, vice versa. What we can do is merely experiencing the plot. Prefixed or diverse, destiny or free will, it never really matters.

So just enjoy the present, enjoy the passion and love, pain and sufferings, compass and destinations, emptiness and vanities.

I was wondering why B insisted to give C and R happiness at the end of her story. First, I thought it was because most people desire a happy ending. Then I spotted how shallow it was. B owed the happiness to C&R, and she could never atone her sins in reality ( of the movie). So she finished the novel with a relatively sweet ending( Yet not everyone makes mistakes were punished, eg. the chocolate business guy)

It's kinda weird, about the chocolate business guy. ( But first I have to say he's really a refined actor. Chocolate Amo to a girl, the way he stared at her, completely exposed the desire of this character) If a man raped an underage girl but this thing remains unknown until, years later, he married the girl, should the man be prosecuted? Should or will he suffer moral burden?

About the Romantic relationship between B&C&R, actually I felt pity for R not realizing B's love for him, maybe he thought she's just a child. But LOVE has nothing to do with the age. If a 70-year-old bachelor finds a new love, I guess most people will feel happy for them. What about the affection from a ten-year-old teenage girl. Shouldn't it be cherished as.well? True, some prefer mature women, so do I. But respect and politeness for others is a must.

About C&R's love, I don't have a lot to say. They both experienced an unnecessary atoning journey, burdened something they should had never taken. In this dimension, they were always on the same road.

The sex scene in the study, against the dim light and the bookshelves, is aromatic with a scent of taboo and mystery.

About the Sins. Every time I talked about the subject SINS, I had to recall a word from one of my best friend, it goes like this" I don't know whether we are born Sinful, but it's easy for one to commit a crime." Just like B in the movie, probably out of her justice (a little jealousy maybe?), she made the mistake, consciously or unconsciously, opened a road to compensate the broken past.

Final words, in the contemporary society, old-time romance barely exists.

Appreciation for a girl who likes eating fish very much because she thinks she's never smart enough.
