對盛年卡神的自戀自大和迷戀權力，有不少令人發噱的吐槽，但到了片子結尾，有個顯著的升華，年邁卡神無奈放手一節，編排得非常感人，言下之意似乎是那個時代的音樂家們心甘情願被他虐，隻因能被他帶往巅峰。B站有完整字幕版。
卡帥這個人真的很難說的明白到底是什麼樣的人，但是基本上在他的音樂世界裡他就是唯一的王。中間各種吐槽很歡樂，最後情緒渲染的太到位，基本上看到眼圈發紅。
關于音像的可視，卡拉揚說：“by seeing,the hearing is enriched.”關于指揮與樂團，托斯卡尼尼說，“Gentlemen, be democrats in life but aristocrats in art.”
