記者又當又立和當代無良媒體有一拼，警察也是沒什麼大用的，單純講述一個懸疑類報複故事既沒有深度剖析兩個母親的心路曆程，也沒有側面反應輿論給案件帶來的影響，因為警察好像根本不怎麼辦案還賣一手資料給記者，更沒有展現司法系統的運作，美國對于小朋友拐賣或走失有amber alert，英國好像完全沒有這類緊急措施，最後落腳點也變成了發瘋的女人和shitty mother，沒有女性互助也沒有女性處境的共情，完全浪費了這個卡司
